Review of Human Resources Policies and Procedures
We are a medium sized family owned construction company near Penrith, Cumbria with circa 100 employees. We need an experienced Human Resources Professional to review our existing HR policies and procedures for suitability and compliance with latest legislation.
The assignment will require 2 meetings at our HQ in Penrith to 1) discuss with our team and 2) present your findings and recommendations.
To assignment deliverables will include:
- a Powerpoint presentation.
- a written report with findings and recommendations.
- a set of policy and procedure templates ready for the next stage.
