We require a professional Human Resources manager to assist us with the recruitment of a 10 man construction team for our new project in Lancashire. This will require 2 visits to our head office in Cumbria for interviews and the rest of the  work can be completed remotely.  We need the Freelancer to complete:

• Job profiles
• Interview plans
• Attend interviews
• Recommend candidates
• Write up interview notes.
