Delay Analysis/Forensic Planning
Review of delay, selection of delay analysis method, review of contract and provisions, review of current plan, conversion of current plan. Window analysis impact over period of initial 6 months and following on monthly thereafter. Production of EOT plan and current progressed plan, production of EOT report, letters to client. Meetings with client to propose delays. Quantum analysis, delay analysis, quantity surveying for delay evaluation.
Project Controls / Planning
Review of and set up of new project controls procedures, policies and systems alongside px project controls and project management. Resource reporting, earned value reporting, cost reporting. Setting up of tender plans, project plans and progressing. Review meetings with leads. Set up of cost coding, resource coding, earned value, WBS.
Delay Analysis
Review of client delay, review of plans, review of contract, selection of delay analysis method, perform delay analysis, impact plans, produce delay EOT report and submit to client.
Project Controls / Commercial Manager
Set up and management of the project plan, daily, weekly and monthly progress updates inclusive of earned value and productivity. Production of and review of weekly report to the client. Management and control of the project measure, for productivity earned hours and invoicing. Creation of monthly invoices to the client across both biomass sites. Review and approval of subcontractor invoices, day works and claims. Weekly site validation of measure claimed. Review and creation of contracts for subcontractors. Management of all project change. Periodical cost reporting. Management and support to tender packages. Bidding of new work and business development.
Planning Lead
Implementation and successful completion of a planning improvement initiative inclusive of; bringing plans up to industry standard, resource loading all plans, implementing progress measurement system with set rules of credit and weighted deliverables/quantities, correcting P6 settings, setting up plan narratives, setting a new standard for planning and achieving overall alliance buy in. Management of the planning team; resource management, checking and approval of works, performance development and general line management. Direct report to SABIC directors, attending monthly management meetings, reporting directly to SABIC for project status, presenting to management monthly on project development. Direct management of the SABIC 71 million 2016 Planning Portfolio. Updating of high profile Capital projects, schedule risk analysis, baseline control, engineering procurement and construction progress updates, site walk arounds, updates with contractors. Resource management and analysis.
